How it works

Pick your car
See our cars on Turo and book the dates you need: a day, a week or a month.
02
Verify your licence
Upload two clear photos of your driver’s licence in the Turo app before pickup. Without it, the car can’t be released.
03
Pick it up
Come to our shop at 1764 rue Soucy, Saint-Hubert, or choose delivery when you book in Turo. Key access is in the Turo app.
04
Drive, then return
Bring it back on time, clean and with a full tank. Need more time? Use Modify Trip in the Turo app.

Before you book

300 km a day included
Every booking includes 300 km per day. Longer bookings get a lower rate on Turo.

Full tank in, full tank out
The car comes full and goes back full. Missing fuel is charged with a $10 refuelling fee.

Tolls and tickets
Tolls and tickets during your trip are billed through Turo.

No smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any car. Pets only if we approve it in the Turo app first.

Everything in the app
Messages, changes, extensions and payments all go through the Turo app so they stay with your booking.

Return it clean
Another guest often starts right after you, so please bring the car back as clean as you got it.

Problem with the car?
Call our rental line right away. After hours, use Turo roadside assistance in the app and message us there. Our shop front desk can’t help with rental questions, so use this number.
